Dragon Fingers

A tasty variation of the basic stuffed Jalapeno.

What you need:

  • 12 Fresh Jalapeno peppers, gutted and seeded
  • 1/2 lb bulk sausage, regular flavor or spicy if you want to kick it up a notch
  • 1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • A little less than 1/4 C finely shredded cheese
  • A little less than 1/4 C canned seasoned bread crumbs

What to do:

  1. Mix all other ingredients together, blending well.
  2. Stuff peppers, poking a hole in the bottom of each pepper for the grease to drain.
  3. Grill or bake @ 350° for about 40 minutes.
