Dragon Fingers

A tasty variation of the basic stuffed Jalapeno.
What you need:
- 12 Fresh Jalapeno peppers, gutted and seeded
- 1/2 lb bulk sausage, regular flavor or spicy if you want to kick it up a notch
- 1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg
- A little less than 1/4 C finely shredded cheese
- A little less than 1/4 C canned seasoned bread crumbs
What to do:
- Mix all other ingredients together, blending well.
- Stuff peppers, poking a hole in the bottom of each pepper for the grease to drain.
- Grill or bake @ 350° for about 40 minutes.
