Easy Crunchy Ranch Dressing Chicken Breasts

This recipe was a pleasant experiment that actually turned out GREAT!
What you need:
- 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast per person
- Flour
- Your favorite bottled Ranch dressing
- Panko bread crumbs
- Oven-safe Wire rack
- Baking sheet
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Trim breasts as necessary (remove fat, etc.)
- Dredge breasts in flour, shaking to remove extra flour.
- Dip breasts in Ranch dressing, coating both sides.
- Dredge breasts in Panko bread crumbs, coating both sides. Press crumbs into breasts to insure the entire breast is coated.
- Place breasts on wire rack, then place rack on baking sheet. This is to allow the breasts to cook without getting soggy for optimum crunchiness.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Serve!
