Easy Crunchy Ranch Dressing Chicken Breasts

This recipe was a pleasant experiment that actually turned out GREAT!

What you need:

  • 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast per person
  • Flour
  • Your favorite bottled Ranch dressing
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Oven-safe Wire rack
  • Baking sheet

What to do:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Trim breasts as necessary (remove fat, etc.)
  3. Dredge breasts in flour, shaking to remove extra flour.
  4. Dip breasts in Ranch dressing, coating both sides.
  5. Dredge breasts in Panko bread crumbs, coating both sides. Press crumbs into breasts to insure the entire breast is coated.
  6. Place breasts on wire rack, then place rack on baking sheet. This is to allow the breasts to cook without getting soggy for optimum crunchiness.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

Serve!
